When my car gave out I spoke to Mike and he made everything go by easily, I was afraid of dealing with the aftermarket warranty company I got from Carmax but everything ended up being taken care of. Dropped my car off and picked it up without issues, I was informed when they were going to look at it, what they found and that the warranty will cover it and when it was ready. I will be using Tri-Valley again when I need repairs and significant maintenance work.

I brought my car in for the first time to diagnose an issue with my Volvo S-40 and get an oil change. They took me in right away and fixed it over night. The work was well done. Oil change was a little pricey, but worth it for the great service and quick turn. I'll definitely come back to Tri-Valley if (when) I need repairs in the future.

Don was very patient and thorough explaining the mold/mildew problem that had been causing a strange smell in our minivan for many months, and he fixed it very quickly. This had stumped our local dealership's service dept, so we're very lucky to find an experienced pro like Don!
