Really happy with the service here. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with, and they got my car taken care of much quicker than I expected. The price was fair, they didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and they were straightforward about the repairs. It’s nice to find a shop that’s honest, professional, and does good work. I’d definitely come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My Lexus broke down requiring towing to Tri Valley Automotive. Sof was attentive & professional towards my repair concerns. He kept up texts with me while I waited for a tow truck and assured me he would have the parts I needed to do the repairs the following morning after the tow truck delivered my car to Tri Valley Automotive. Sof contacted me in the morning informing me he was servicing my car and performing a maintenance inspection. By 1:00 p.m. my car was ready for pick up. Excellent serviceability!

Trust is a really difficult thing to find especially with mechanical repairs with vehicles. The mental load on not knowing if you are taking your vehicle to the right place is a real concern for us. Thankfully we found Don through a friend of ours and we are so glad we did as Don was honest, direct and most importantly fair. Fast service, good prices and honest estimates. Had some wheel bearings replace and got a good price on getting my brake pads done at the same time.

I had to replace a break fluid for my 2016 Mazda CX-5. I googled several auto shops which all have a high rating, however most of them charged more than what I researched. I finally spiked with Don, he seemed very truthful, professional, and mostly gave me a very reasonable price. He and Henry(technician) did great works. Also, the free inspection is a great deal and it’s also very convenient to make an appointment thru their website.
