I must say I had fast, excellent experience with this company, and I would recommend it. I came from out of town 3 hrs to be exactly and upon arriving to my destination, and trying to put the car in reverse to pull into the parking stall i realized their was a serious problem with my car. It wouldn't go into reverse smoothly like it normally would. And I have an automatic so it wasn't about me putting it in the correct gear. I decided to not worry about it until the next morning since it was really late in the evening and their wasn't any natural light and i was going to be up here for 2 more days, and nothing is open on a Saturday or Sunday usually. The next morning I went to check my car, and found a trail of fluid running from underneath my car into the middle of the street. Immediately the hood was opened, and and engine fluids were checked. Oil...check...okay. Radiator fluid...check...okay. Windshield wiper....check.....oh that is right it has had a crack in it for many years now, and I never put anything in it. Transmission....check................................... bone dry, that is where the puddle beside my car originated from. Just great, I am hundreds of miles from my mechanic I am very particular on who works on my car since I have had it for so long, and it is my transmission that is causing the issue, which makes sense since I had a hard time moving when I had put it in reverse. Tried patching it for now by filling it with transmission fluid until I could decide where to take it, and because it was a Sunday and nothing is open until the following day. It was suggested to me to look on http:yelp.com to find a place to work on my '94 Mustang, so i created an account Monday morning and began browsing yelp trying to find a company close by to take my car to because it was an emergency, and I wasn't familiar with the city of Dublin and I wasn't going to just take my car for some serious work to just any automotive mechanic shop, so I needed to do some research before hand. I read many reviews on several places, and decide to go with them. I didn't have a phone readily available and I thought I would try my luck and email them to get an appointment asap. Two seconds after sending the email, I received a response back to go ahead and bring in my car. I drove my car down there, praying that it was going to make it and it did. I had an idea as to what the problem with my car could of been before taking it down there because of talking to my boyfriends father on Sunday over the phone he too lived 3 hrs away from where I was stranded and he is a mechanic and owns his own automotive repair business. I spoke to Don at Tri Valley and he was friendly, personable, and knew what he was talking about when it came to cars. I was informed the car would be done by the end of the day Monday, unfortunately it wasn't done until mid afternoon the following day Tuesday. I needed the car to be done as soon as it could since I was missing more work than had planned due to the emergency. I had a 30 point vehicle inspection done, changed engine oil and filter, replaced both U-joints, replaced gasket and seal on transmission tail shaft housing. I think the cost for the work was excellent, and I didn't have the car back as originally thought, but i was impressed with the quick response to email, and friendliness of staff.
